Homemade Almond Coconut Granola

This easy to make, healthy almond coconut granola recipe is not only vegan & gluten free, but is also naturally sweetened, crunchy & delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Raw Almonds
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Melted Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix the gluten free oats, coconut, chopped almonds, chia seeds, flaxseed, & cinnamon in a large bowl. 

  3. Add in the wet ingredients (almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, & maple syrup) & make sure all of the oats are coated.

  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper & spread out the granola evenly. 

  5. Bake for 20 minutes. 

  6. Let the granola cool completely because this helps to make it crunchy! After it's cooled, store in an air tight container or serve right away!
