Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp JAHMU Turmeric Chai *See Notes*
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Coconut Butter
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm up the water on a stovetop or by using an electric kettle, which is what I love using.

  2. While the water is heating up, add all other ingredients to a Vitamix or high speed blender.

  3. Add the hot water & blend well! If you are using a blender, don't worry about heating up the coconut milk, the hot water will warm it up while blending!

  4. Pour into a mug & enjoy! You can sprinkle a little more turmeric on top of the latte for an extra little flare!

Recipe Notes

  • **Reminder, if you don't have a pre-made blend, use 1 tsp of Turmeric, 1/2 tsp of Ginger, Cinnamon based on preference & a crack of Black Pepper!**
  • If you are new to Turmeric & worried about the taste, start with just 1/2 teaspoon instead of 1 full teaspoon.
  • The coconut butter helps make the latte creamier but can be substituted for coconut oil.
  • Although optional, Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides help make the latte frothy! Vegans omit!
