This homemade turmeric latte, commonly known as the ancient Ayurvedic beverage: Golden Milk..is easy to make, diary free & full of anti-inflammatory spices!
Warm up the water on a stovetop or by using an electric kettle, which is what I love using.
While the water is heating up, add all other ingredients to a Vitamix or high speed blender.
Add the hot water & blend well! If you are using a blender, don't worry about heating up the coconut milk, the hot water will warm it up while blending!
Pour into a mug & enjoy! You can sprinkle a little more turmeric on top of the latte for an extra little flare!
