Papaya Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1 Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Travel Stick
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 cups frozen papaya
  • 1.5 cup Coconut Water

Smoothie Bowl Toppings

  • 1 handful Gluten Free Granola of choice
  • Dried Banana Slices
  • Almonds
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Nibs


  1. Add smoothie bowl ingredients to a Vitamix or high-speed blender of choice. 

  2. Blend until smooth. 

  3. Scoop the smoothie into bowls & arrange the toppings as preferred. 

Recipe Notes

For best results, freeze all fruit prior to making the smoothie in order to achieve a thicker consistency! This recipe is Gluten free, Dairy free, & can easily become Vegan, by eliminating the use of the Collagen.
