Candida friendly coconut flour pancakes made with homemade almond milk. Sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, grain free, & candida diet friendly.
Add dry ingredients to a bowl & whisk everything together, before adding in the wet ingredients - everything but the coconut oil! Do not over mix the batter. If the batter is lumpy, that is okay.
Heat a skillet with a spoonful of coconut oil.
Place the batter on the skillet. The batter will become a bit doughy, so spread the batter with a fork to make a circular shape.
Cook on medium to high heat until you see little air bubbles appear on the pancake.
Flip & cook the other side. This recipe makes about 8-10 pancakes based on your preferred size.
