Sugar & Spice & everything nice! Sharing a Valentine’s Day Inspired outfit along with some tips about how to wear leather but still look feminine!
Happy almost Valentine’s Day! How are we already in the middle of February!? Valentine’s Day is tomorrow & no matter if you love LOVE or despise the holiday…(we’ve all been there)…it can be such a fun day to spend with your significant other or all your gals…Galentine’s Day is definitely a thing this year.
I thought this look was perfect for a little Valentine’s Day outfit.
This outfit is the perfect combo of femininity & a little edge (cue the caption – Sugar & Spice), which are too things that I often look for when putting an outfit together. The plushness of the pink sweater softens the harsh black on black on black.

I have had this H&M (faux) leather skirt for years & I can’t even begin to name all the different ways I have styled it. I have paired it with a clean white tee, a suede lace up crop, distressed sweaters, long sweaters, button downs, & a number of light & airy blouses. It’s so versatile & the asymmetric look & zipper detail in the front gives it something extra.
Leather is such a staple in any wardrobe. No matter if it is faux, real, or vegan, I have found fabulous pieces that fit in every category. Leather can be dressed up or down, which provides a lot of freedom for when it comes to choosing outfits.
I love when I can style a piece more than one way. My goal for this year is to focus on only buying things that I can style multiple ways. Focusing on classic pieces & forgetting about one time wears & trends, which we can all be guilty of sometimes.

I purchased this sweater from American Eagle before I left for Sweden. The balloon sleeves are EVERYTHING & the material is so plush & cozy. For sweaters, I don’t usually tend to go outside of a neutral color palette. Neutrals are great because they can be styled so many ways, but this baby pink was too cute to pass up & perfect for Valentine’s Day!
This sweater can easily be paired with a high rise jean & white tennis shoes (which is so on trend)! Check out my Superga white sneaker post for great options under $100! They are my absolute favorite!

Last but not least, I love the look of black tights & ankle boots. In the photos, I’m wearing one of my favorite black booties from Public Desire, which I also featured in my Old & New outfit post. They have definitely been a staple shoe for me this winter. I love how versatile they are, which helps a lot because when you pack for three months, you can’t bring every shoe you own!

Aw, you look awesome! Love the muted pink color against the snow. Great post, dear! Would you like to follow each other on BLOGLOVIN? If you decided to follow me, please let me know so I can follow you back! Thank you.
