2. Herbivore Himalayan Salts
Himalayan Pink Salt is SO healing. I mentioned in my 2018 Gift Guide for Your Favorite Health Nut, that I’ve been going to a salt cave, & I’m obsessed! Himalayan bath salts are the next best thing! Do a full body or foot soak with them, if you’re NOT a bath person like me, & reap all of the healing benefits!
3. Essential Oil Starter Kit
If you know me, you know I don’t go far without my oils. Essential Oils are my ultimate favorite. This is a nice starter pack for any Essential Oil beginner. If Essential Oils are already you’re thing, check out the diffuser I use in my Health Nut Gift Guide!
4. Shea Moisture Multi-Masking Facial Treatment Kit
This is a brand that I have newly discovered this year. I really like the products I’ve tried so far. They have really good ingredients for really good prices which is ALWAYS appreciated! Keep an eye out for this brand @ your local Marshalls!
LOVE this journaling book! I got it last year around Christmas time. I was consistently using it in the beginning of 2018 but then I kinda fell off track. I’m looking forward to finishing all of the prompts. Basically it’s a new journal prompt for every week of the year!
Devin’s mom got this candle for me & I love the simplicity of the scent. It’s beeswax & the smell isn’t overwhelming, which is always nice for people with sensitive noses…me LOL! I mean who doesn’t love a good candle?!
I don’t have this but HOW CUTE! It obviously comes in other letters & is only $5 @ Target!
Aroma-therapy is something that I’m very into, if you haven’t noticed already through my love of essential oils! I love a good roll-on because you can just apply it like a perfume! I used roll-ons on my wrist, neck, & keep them in my purse to smell for an instant mood uplift!
My go-to for natural deodorant!! If you are still using an aluminum deodorant, I urge you to consider making the switch. Schmidt’s is by far my favorite (Devin even uses it!) & has amazing scents! They also have a line for sensitive skin!
Currently still reading this book because I’m the slowest. reader. ever. BUT it’s a great read! It’s all about stepping out of your own way in order to accomplish your goals while forgetting all of the lies you make up about yourself! Highly recommend for all my ladies out there.
These little USDA Organic Skincare Sticks have been all the rage this year. Although I’ve personally never tried them, I heard nothing but amazing things. They include Macabeet Tinted Moisture Stick, Turmeric Spot Treatment, & MYMATCHA All-Over Moisture Stick…best part, the ingredients are SO clean! Definitely on my list of things to get! (BTW these little guys are $20.40 for all three…too good of a deal to pass up!)
I am currently ALL about my adaptogens right now! I’ve been making a homemade dairy-free latte every morning with my blends (which I plan on sharing soon!). If you have never tried adaptogens, Four Sigmatic mixes would be a great introduction. Adaptogens can be “earthy” & bitter in regards to taste, but through experimenting, I’m sure you can find one that suits your taste buds! Some adaptogen blends can be rather pricey, so starting with something like this Mushroom Hot Cacao with Reishi, would be perfect!
I loveee my Manna insulated water bottle. If you haven’t hopped on the insulated water bottle trend, you are missing out!!
Formulated without any parabens, phthalates or sulfates, this little holiday Burt’s Bees gift set is perfect for anyone in the heart of winter! Includes a Cuticle Cream, Beeswax Lip Balm, Hand Repair Cream, & a Hand Salve.
15. Dry Brush
Dry Brushing is life changing…amazing for your skin & does wonders for lymphatic drainage! I did a whole post on the benefits that dry brushing can do for your body at the beginning of the year. All it takes is 5 minutes a day!!
Okay, I think we all can agree that paper straws are the WORST. I love that we are trying to reduce plastic, etc. but there is nothing worse than drinking a smoothie out of a soft straw, EW. So introducing the cutest set of BPA-Free stainless steel straws, that will save you from that paper misery. They even come with a little satchel that you can throw in your purse for drinks on the go!
17. ALO Posh Scrunchie
Scrunchies are back & I thought this little scrunchie from ALO Yoga was so adorable. Perfect for a girl on her way to a yoga class. If yoga is your thing, check out the ALO yoga mat & ALO Mindful Movement book that I featured in my health nut gift guide.
I am obsessed with the color & shine! It’s the perfect shade for the holiday season!
Who doesn’t love coloring?! I literally have been obsessed with coloring since I was little. I wanted to win every coloring contest. This coloring book fulfills all of my adult coloring dreams. It’s basically page after page of intricate designs designed to help relieve stress. Colored pencils preferred!
You can’t go wrong with Dastony stone-ground nut & seed butters. Check out how I drizzled it over these coconut flour pancakes! Or how I use nut butter to make 30-second nut milk in my blender! Use code “RGMadi10” for 10% off your Dastony order!
Stocking stuffers have actually always been my favorite. I think there are so many good options for smaller holiday gifts. When my brother & I were younger, my mom always put a LifeSavor foldable book with SO many flavors in our stockings. I can vividly remember the taste of the butterscotch…so good LOL!
Somehow it’s already December 13th & we are coming into the heart of the Holiday season…no complaints here!! I hope you all found my gift guides helpful for gathering some gift inspiration! I LOVE hearing that you bought something I recommended, so shoot me a message or leave a comment if you do!!
