Taking care of my body has always been the upmost of important to me, especially in the last handful of years. I’ve always been active. I played basketball through college, & now find myself doing barre or yoga 5-6 days a week. I love moving my body & working out, but I do experience chronic muscle soreness, pain, & fatigue daily.

Over the years, I’ve explored a variety of ways to best assist my body in muscle recovery. One of the tools I’ve utilized has been massage. Best ways to use the Lyric massager?

When you first open the box that your Lyric arrives in, you’ll want to turn the handheld device on by pressing the trigger button. Since Lyric is WI-FI enabled, you’ll want to connect your Lyric to your home network. You can do this by following the directions that display across the screen. Once your Lyric has successfully connected to your home network, you can immediately update it & continuously download new therapies & Lyric features as they are developed. The ability to always have updated software on your Lyric is something that I find to be really impressive.

Here’s a step by step guide for using your Lyric…

1. Remove the Lyric from the docking station & turn it on by pressing the trigger button which is found on the inner side of the device. You can also use the trigger button to return your Lyric to “sleep” mode & store it on the docking station.
2. Once your Lyric massager is on, you’ll see the interactive screen display three different therapy options. The three options are Pain Relief, Calm, & Energy. If you choose a therapy, you’ll then have the ability to choose between a guided or manual option. I LOVE that they include a guided therapy, I think it’s so cool & is really simple to follow based on what you body is needing for your massage session.
3. If you want to explore the three different vibration speeds, you’ll want to press the trigger button. This trigger button will help you find the speed that feels most comfortable for you.

There’s really no wrong way to use your Lyric massager besides avoiding bony areas of your body. When using your Lyric, you’ll want to focus the massage attachments on soft tissue areas. As I mentioned, I struggle with a lot of inflammation, so having the ability to have a cordless handheld massager is so nice because I can this Lyric in a variety of ways & it actually provides me with an enjoyable massage experience.

I’ve used massage guns in the past that took a lot of effort to control & maneuver around my body. The Lyric is a complete different experience. It’s lightweight, the attachable extension handle makes reaching those tough to reach spots seamless, you can use it on the go, & it helps stimulate your nervous system. It’s so much more than just a handheld massager, it’s a holistic wellness experience, which I LOVE!

Does the Lyric come with different massage attachments?

The Lyric handheld massager comes with four different attachments that can all be beautifully stored in the charging station of the Lyric when not in use. Each of the different four attachments will allow you to customize your Lyric massage experience even further. My personal favorite is the Dome attachment, I love using it on my legs, lower back, & shoulders – it feels SO good!

Lyric Massage Attachments:

• Cone – The cone is intended for more sensitive areas & for acupressure treatments.
• Dome – The Dome is amazing to use on larger areas of the body.
• Thumb – The Thumb can be used for deep tissue penetration & can be applied to trigger points.
• Double – The two-pronged double design enable a “double tap” to target both muscle & tissue.

What makes the Lyric different from other handheld massagers on the market?

The Lyric massager is SO much more than your typical massage gun. You can immediately tell how different the Lyric is even just holding it. I feel like typical massage guns are SO heavy that it almost feels like a work out just holding it.
