My thoughts on my new Kor Nava Water Bottle! I’m obsessed with this amazing, sustainable, BPA-Free water bottle – perfect for hydrating on the go!
Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share an amazing reusable water bottle brand with you! The brand is called Kor, & I’m working with them on their new rebrand for their Nava BPA-Free reusable water bottle. Not only is this water bottle efficient & adorable, but it also has an innovative & sustainable coconut water filter, complete with a built-in straw! The message of this new campaign is #waterhasyourback. Water is what sustains, fuels, & provides life to SO many things, including ourselves! There’s so much that depends on water & its ability to hydrate & nourish!
I’ve been using my Nava toxin-free water bottle non-stop…it seriously didn’t leave my side while I was in Florida! Due to the EasyFlowTM Technology of the bottle, all you have to do is sip it like a straw, pop it in the dishwasher, & stay up to date on the 100% pure coconut shell water filter to make sure your water stays clean, refreshing, & good for you! The Nava bottle comes with the initial coconut water filter, which is good for up to 40 gallons!
The 22 oz. Nava bottle comes in three vibrant color combos – my bottle is the “Aqua Splash” & I’m obsessed!

My goal lately is to do what I can to slowly become more aware of the waste I’m creating & how I can possibly reduce my own carbon footprint. Part of the reason why I went plant based, is due to the immense impact that eating a plant based diet has on the environment in a positive way. There’s a quote out there somewhere that basically says – all we need is for people to practice being eco-friendly & sustainable imperfectly to make a change. Perfection isn’t necessary, it’s becoming more aware & finding small ways in which we can be better & make smarter choices.
I’m becoming more & more aware of my plastic use & I try my best to not use plastic water bottles or plastic cups in excess. I always always carry a reusable water bottle. When I’m traveling, I pack it in my suitcase so I have it when I get there, like I did with my Nava bottle for my most recent Florida trip!
Find what fuels you!
This may mean taking care of the environment, doing that intense morning workout that makes you feel amazing, taking care of your family, making it through a long day of work, or reading your favorite book by the pool – whatever it is, Kor wants to inspire you to be your best self & go after whatever it is that sets your soul on fire!
It’s really important to spend time doing things that make you feel good, strong, nourished, & empowered. I try to do at least 1 thing a day that makes me feel just that. Whether it’s doing a 20 minute yoga practice, making a great meal, holding one of my favorite crystals, reading, writing, or doing something small to reduce my carbon footprint, making time to re-fuel & re-charge is crucial!!
So here’s your reminder to fuel your body with enough water to sustain & nourish you, so that you’re able to be your best self, day in & day out…& have the energy to do ALL the things that fuel your soul!
What fuels you?! Let me know down below in the comments!

I’m kinda obsessed with water bottles – think I need this one!
It’s amazing, highly recommend!! xo
Love BPA free reusable water bottles! At the gym, even with recycling bins like every 15 feet, the garbage cans seem to always be full of Evian plastic bottles. Seriously people, you are willing to spend 30 minutes running on a treadmill but you are to lazy to walk 15 feet to the recycling bin!!!
Ahh that’s so frustrating!
The water battle is so cute!!!
Thank you!! 🙂
These pics are amazing and the bottle looks great!
Thanks so much Cindy! xo
BPA free water are so important these days and right on trend. Plus I love those yoga pants I am goin to need a pair of those too with the water bottle, lol.
Thank you so much Jen! xo
Coconut Shell Water Filter? Hmm…that alone puts a new spin on drinking water! I have bought countless blender bottles over the past 10 years or so…time for a change! Thanks for sharing!
Oh of course! Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
WOW!! Now that’s what I call a water bottle!! I truly adore my current water bottle, but I might have to trade up after reading your review !!
