Health Nut Gift Guide
This is the essential oil diffuser that I have & I love it! I always always have mine going with different blends of oils! It’s SO therapeutic! I also included a great starter set of essential oils below, if you are interested!
I recently went into Barnes & Noble before I left for Canada because I needed a new planner for 2019 & I literally wanted every book I saw! Lol! Seriously though, I flipped through this book & it looked amazing. Gisele lives such a meaningful & conscious life style & ah who wouldn’t want to pick up some life lessons & tips from her?! I know I would!!
3. Juicer Aicok 1000W Powerful Juicer
My mom has a fantastic juicer & I so enjoy when she makes fresh juice when I visit. Now that I’ve been drinking celery juice daily, a juicer is definitely on my list of things to get once I return back to the states!
Yes, Vital Proteins makes flavors & yes they are amazing. This Vanilla Collagen is one of my favorites & it contains probiotics to help die off candida which is another incredible benefit of this collagen blend. I add collagen to everything, such as these fig coconut crumble bars, this papaya smoothie bowl, & carrot cake oatmeal!
How adorable is this minimalist lunch box complete with a cutlery set!! Such a perfect gift for someone who packs a lunch for work!! And it’s eco-friendly…& I’m all about helping the environment when possible! It’s also BPA & toxic-free!
Alright here’s the big ticket item on this list. I’m not kidding when I say it’s worth EVERY PENNY. Especially if you live in the kitchen, have food allergies, or just enjoy creating things. My mom so kindly got me this Vitamix when I came home from Sweden last Spring & it changed my life. I use my Vitamix sometimes 3x a day, & that’s not an exaggeration! From smoothie bowls, soups, lattes, homemade flour, nut butters, dips, & more….the options are endless with a blender this good!
All-natural skincare is in. Our skin absorbs everything we put onto it, so why would you lather up with products full of harmful chemicals. SanRe Organic Skinfood has been my new obsession this year. All of the products I’ve tried have been amazing. This gift set is perfect for someone who may want to start exploring all-natural skincare! I promise they won’t be disappointed!
Everyone should have a Himalayan salt lamp in my opinion. They are incredibly healing & aren’t too pricy. I have been going to a Himalayan salt cave here in Sudbury, Canada. I’ll be doing a post soon about all of the amazing benefits!!
9. SubZero Smoothie Subscription
I took part in the Project Juice SubZero smoothie challenge this September for National Gut Health Week & was really impressed with this brand. They send pre-cut & frozen smoothie options in incredible flavors on dry ice. All you have to do is add the frozen ingredients to a blender & add a liquid of your choice! I think a smoothie subscription is a fantastic gift idea for someone on the go or just for someone who loves a good, healthy smoothie. You can’t go wrong! I loved everything I tried!
I have been going to an INCREDIBLE energy healer named Krystal since August & she has helped me tremendously. I have worked through so much & feel insanely in tune with myself, my body, & my emotions. Krystal is truly magnificent. If you live in New Hampshire, her office is located in the Portsmouth area. But she also offers distance healing sessions done over the phone. I had my first distance session last week & it was just as powerful as being in her office. Giving the gift of a healing session is an incredible opportunity to give someone, if they are open to it! Be sure to check out her website or leave a comment below if you have additional questions!
If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with essential oils. My roommate in college would walk into our room & could tell right away I had my oils out LOL! Seriously though, essential oils are amazing & can be used in such a variety of ways! Perfect compliment to the essential oil diffuser above! I do have some doTERRA blends, but I really enjoy oils from NOW Foods. I highly recommend them.
12. Kombucha Brewing Starter Kit
I thought this was such a fun idea! Especially if you love kombucha! This kit includes everything you need to start brewing your own!
13. Brieftons 5-Blade Veggie Spiralizer
If you aren’t spiraling veggies…you are missing out! I got my mom hooked on zucchini noodles the last time I was in Florida after we bought a spiralizer! Such a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. And back to zucchini noodles…they are amazing, you need to try them asap if you haven’t already!!
I received these cards as a birthday gift & I’m obsessed. Each card has a gemstone to help motivate, heal, & help bring awareness to a specific area in your life. The cards also provide a positive affirmation to help transform the meaning of the gemstone into real life. I choose a card each morning, & I love it.
15. ALO Yoga Mat
As a yoga lover, a good mat can change everything. Especially if you practice everyday! I was going through mats quite often…like literally ripping them all over, but Devin got me an insane mat & some yoga accessories for my birthday & I can’t get enough!!! P.S. Yoga with Adriene is releasing her annual 30-days of yoga on January 1st, so go get your mats!!! Her 30-days of yoga is really special to partake in & it’s completely free!
I love this option for a little yoga inspiration. I find it so fascinating to see what our bodies are capable of. This Mindful Movement book would also look beautiful displayed on a coffee table as well!
What would you choose from this list?
