Glowy Makeup Must Haves from Beautycounter

Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer
Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer is one of my all-time favorite Beautycounter products EVER & an essential for any natural glowy makeup look! I like to call it a real life IG filter because the glow is real when you apply it. The formula includes Vitamin C which helps your skin feel firmer & appear more luminous with continued use. Plus black current seed oil & peony root extract helps boost your skin’s overall radiance & glow! This tinted moisturizer is my go-to for everyday wear because it’s a hybrid between makeup, skincare, & SPF! It provides sheer, light weight coverage that helps to even your skin tone & SPF 20 works to protect your skin against the sun’s damaging rays. It’s a mineral SPF, so it deflects the sun’s rays instead of absorbing them. Overall, an absolute must during the summer! It’s available in 8 shades. I wear #3 for reference.
Cheeky Clean Cream Blush
Prior to using Beautycounter’s Cheeky Clean Cream Blush, I was a little nervous because the cream blushes I had used in the past were tacky & not super easy to use. When I tried Beautycounter’s I was BLOWN away by the blend-ability & ease of use! This blush is available in 8 stunning shades & is such a beautiful versatile, mistake-proof product! In the photo above, I’ve wearing shade Cider which is a Soft Peach (it’s one of my top favorites). Thanks to skin-loving ingredients like squalene, this cream blush will give you a dewy, smooth finish, perfect for an effortless summer makeup look!
Lid Glow Cream Shadow
Beautycounter nailed these Lid Glow Cream Shadow shades. I have all 10 shades & truly love them all. They deliver an effortless glow with buildable pigment. Whether you want a sheer wash of color or a deeper, smokey look, you can achieve all of the above with this easy to use Lid Glow formula. For this look, I used a little bit of Sepia (satin neutral brown) all over my lid, but I love taking a lighter shade & focusing it right in my inner corner. It think helps create such a pretty & fresh look, plus it makes your eyes look brighter & more awake! For this I’d recommend Gleam (brightening white gold), Aura (brightening soft beige), or Luster (brightening rose gold).
Beyond Gloss
My Beyond Gloss is one of my can’t live without products! At any time I probably have at least two Beyond Glosses with me haha! This gloss, available in 14 beautiful shades, delivers high-impact shine & conditioning lip benefits. Bare Shimmer is the shade I’m wearing in the photo above & is one of my favorites shades, especially to compliment a pretty glowy summer makeup look! If you’re used to a sticky gloss, this is NOT that. It’s formulated with a blend of waxes to lock in moisture without the stickiness of your typical gloss. Plus! It’s lightly scented with responsibly sourced vanilla from a women-owned farm in Madagascar!
Cheeky Clean Highlighter Balm
This is a newer addition to Beautycounter’s makeup line up & I truly couldn’t be more obsessed. Consider this Cheeky Clean Highlighter Balm your skin’s best friend for summer & beyond! This creamy, buildable highlighter balm melts into your skin for an uplifting lit-from-within glow. And don’t worry, it’s shimmery, not glittery, thanks to responsibly sourced mica! And again, this highlighter is formulated with amazing skincare ingredients like skin-moisturizing squalene & jojoba esters to melt into the high points of your face for a dewy, smooth finish. I cannot get enough of these highlighters. I also love that I can wear them with a full face of makeup as well as, on bare skin! Glow First Priming Serum
I never apply my makeup without applying this Glow First Priming Serum FIRST. Think of this product as a hybrid between a skincare serum & a makeup primer. This Priming Serum has a unique gel formula that will give your skin the complexion-improving results of a serum with the makeup-staying power of a true primer. But what’s really cool about this primer is the Microdroplet Technology it features. When you see the bottle, you’ll see thousands of encapsulated jojoba ester bubbles which burst upon application. This delivers hours of hydration & helps to plump & smooth your complexion with continued use. You will want to use this Priming Serum as the very first step in your makeup routine before you apply a tinted moisturizer, foundation, concealer, etc! But even if I’m not wearing a base product, I enjoy wearing this primer on bare skin too to boost my glow!
