This lip balm may or may not ruin how you view other lip balms haha! It’s that amazing! It’s supercharged with skincare ingredients that nourish & hydrate your lips from the second you apply it, making your lips buttery soft. It’s also formulated without the use of harmful or questionable ingredients, so you have peace of mind wearing it all day! Before trying this product, I can see how you might get caught up on the price tag for just a balm. However, this balm is not your average lip balm & that becomes evident as soon as you apply it!
Featured Ingredients
Beautycounter did such a wonderful job formulating these nourishing lip balms. When it comes to this balm, I like to describe it as skincare for your lips due to the incredible featured ingredients like hyaluronic acid, mango butter, & jojoba seed oil! Thanks to a few different butters, like the mango & murumuru seed butters, this formula truly feels like butter when you apply it!
- Hyaluronic Acid: Known for its mega-moisturization benefits, hyaluronic acid will help make your lips look more plump by moisturizing, conditioning, & nourishing.
- Mango & Murumuru Seed Butters: Rich in fatty acids, these butters will smooth & soften your lips without leaving a greasy residue. They also help to lock in hydration by boosting your skin’s moisture barrier.

Another featured ingredient of this amazing ultra-moisturizing lip balm is Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (orange) Peel Oil, which is just a scientific way of saying orange peel oil! What I love most about this Beautycounter Lip Balm is how moisturized my lips feel immediately after application. This balm won’t dry out your lips like typical lip balms can. This formula works to keep your lips nourished & conditioned while you wear it, which helps to smooth & soften your lips over time.
The texture of this Clean Swipe Balm is so creamy & will essentially melt onto your lips for lightweight, comfortable wear. Plus, it’s not sticky or greasy at all.

I’ve gone through Nada the most! I think I’ve gone through at least 3 tubes so far! Pinch is my second favorite shade because it’s very close to my own lip shade, so I love wearing it on days I’m not wearing much makeup! Each shade is really pretty, I wear at least one almost every single day!
Safety & Certifications
All of Beautycounter’s products are free from over 2,800 harmful or questionable ingredients. But they don’t stop there. Beautycounter sends all color cosmetics to a third party testing facility during formulation & then again at the end of the formulation. They also test every production batch, every single time they produce it. This third party testing focuses specifically on heavy metal contamination. Heavy metals are unfortunately extremely common in color cosmetics, especially ones that use natural pigments. Beautycounter tests for 12 heavy metals: arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, lead, mercury, nickel, & selenium.
